What we collect
- Account information: your organization's name, address, and industry, and the names and email addresses of people who use the portal.
- Billing information: handled by Stripe. We keep your plan and billing status, not your card details.
- Usage information: how many questions your organization asks and when, which Salesforce orgs are connected, and the Hank version installed. We record a scrambled code for each Salesforce user, not their name.
- Feedback you choose to send us: your rating and your own words.
- Website visits: which pages are viewed and where visitors came from. We don't use cookies for this, and visitors can't be followed from one day to the next.
What we don't store
- Your Salesforce records.
- Your team's questions to Hank, or Hank's answers.
- Conversations with Hank on our website (only a count, to limit abuse).
To write an answer, a question and the relevant Salesforce results are sent to our AI provider for that request only. Saved conversations stay in your own Salesforce org.
How we use it
To run and support Hank, bill your subscription, keep the service secure, understand how Hank is used so we can improve it, and contact you about your account. We don't sell personal information.
Who we share it with
Only the service providers that help us run Hank:
- Anthropic: the AI model that writes Hank's answers.
- Vercel: hosts the Hank website, portal, and the service Salesforce talks to.
- Neon: the database for account, billing status, and usage information.
- Stripe: payments and invoices.
- Resend: sign-in, invitation, and account emails.
They may only use the information to provide their service to us.
Your choices
You can update your organization's details in the portal, or ask us to access, correct, or delete your information by emailing jpm@visios.us. When you cancel, we keep only what we need for billing records and legal obligations.
