Check usage and credits left
Open Usage to see how many questions your team has asked each month, how many of this month's credits are used, and how many are left (with about how many questions that covers). Credits reset each month.
Salesforce also shows a banner in Hank when your team reaches 80% of the month's allowance.
Add a credit pack
If your team needs more room this month, buy a credit pack on the Usage page. Packs are used after the monthly credits and last 12 months, so nothing is wasted.
Change your plan
- Open Billing to compare plans.
- Upgrades take effect right away, including the extra credits and features.
- Downgrades take effect at the start of your next monthly period.
- Yearly plans include two months free and the same monthly credits.
Cards, invoices, and cancelling
Click Open billing portal to update your card, download invoices, or cancel. Cancelling stops Hank at the end of the paid period.
Connected orgs
Connect Salesforce lists every connected org, its Hank version, and when it last checked in. Use Request disconnect for a sandbox you no longer use.
Common questions
How are questions counted?
Each new question you ask counts once, however many steps Hank takes to answer it. Refreshing live views doesn't count.
What happens when we run out of credits?
New questions pause until the monthly reset or until you add a credit pack. Questions already in progress always finish.
Can I change plans mid-month?
Yes. Upgrades apply right away; downgrades start with your next monthly period.
Who can see billing?
Anyone who can sign in to your organization's Visios portal account.
