Don't
- Access or try to access data you're not authorized to see, or help anyone else do so.
- Try to get around Hank's security, permissions, approvals, usage limits, or bot protection.
- Use Hank to collect, process, or share personal information without a lawful reason and any required consent.
- Use Hank for anything illegal, fraudulent, harassing, or discriminatory, or to send spam.
- Copy, resell, or reverse engineer Hank, or use it to build a competing product.
- Put Hank under automated load (scripts, bots, or scraping) beyond normal use by your team.
- Use Hank for health, legal, or financial decisions without a qualified person reviewing them.
Sensitive information
Don't use Hank with information that needs special legal protection, such as health records covered by HIPAA or payment card numbers, unless Visios has agreed to it in writing.
What happens if the rules are broken
We may suspend or end access, and we'll tell you why when we can. Every change Hank makes is recorded in your Salesforce org's activity log, which helps you and us look into problems. To report misuse, email jpm@visios.us.
