How credits work
What a credit is
Hank uses credits as he works. A typical question uses about 10 credits. Simple questions use fewer, and big ones that take Hank several lookups use more. That's why each plan shows about how many questions its credits cover.
What doesn't use credits
Opening or refreshing a live view, browsing saved conversations, and approving Hank's suggestions. A question already underway always finishes.
Your monthly credits
They refresh every month, on yearly plans too. Your Hank portal shows how many are left, and Hank shows a heads-up in Salesforce when your team has used 80%.
Need more in a busy month?
Credit packs: 1,000 credits (about 100 questions) for $45 or 5,000 credits (about 500 questions) for $200. Packs last 12 months and are used after your monthly credits. Or move to a bigger plan any time.
